OKH Global - Fake Breakouts = Profits $$

OKH Global had a breakout yesterday and while everyone was cheering, in my mind and based on my vast experience of fake breakouts, I suspect that this breakout won't last long. I just happened to find out that one of my student went long last week and profited from it today. I believe we shared the same thoughts about the fake breakout and he went on to book his 100 lots of profits today without consulting me, that to me is learning from the real teacher (The Market, not Ronald K) at it's best.

As of now, the stock is suffering some reactions at 0.375/0.38. Will it continue to trend higher? I think that's not important, the most important thing is money in pocket and waiting for the perfect timing to reenter if signs of hidden buying resurface again. Swing trade is too risky at the moment, hit and run is the best strategy.

STI - Blue Chips

Today is the second time I witnessed almost all the stocks that appeared in Top Volume are blue chips. Normally there is a mixture of pennies with little blue chips. Are they there for distribution or more upside to come? Is this some kind of conspiracy? Does anyone had an answer?

STI - Retailers Trapped

Wow, STI had a fake breakout earlier today and it's now trending down south? I seriously think fake breakout is a powerful deceptive maneuver used by the BBs to deceit the public into buying so that they can unload. The rally we had earlier on went evanescent and so I concluded that the next time when you identify a fake breakout, short it!

Midas - Good News = Breakdown?

Ever since I cut my losses on Midas on the 11th June 2013, I knew my action was correct! In that blog title I named it Midas - Fake Volume.

http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/midas-fake-volume.html

After being trapped and caught many times on Fake Breakouts, I learnt how to be smarter, wiser and the mechanics that the BBs used to create fake breakouts was just pretty similar over and over again. It's always in the form of excitement, fake volume, create an impression of the stock looking good to lure public into chasing price then they unload etc..Of course, I was also one of the victim back then. But luckily for me, I don't have inferior emotion so I was only suffering bruises not any accidents.

Upon reviewing Midas, they won many contract which worth billions of dollars, however why is the price dipping everyday. Does good news equivalent to a breakdown? So if next time there is a good news, one should look to short? Why is the public always buying on good news while the BBs look to unload? Is this some kind of scheme behind the scenes? Well, the answer is very simple, buy when everyone is panic and sell when everyone is excitement at the correct timing. To me at least, that's how the whole stock market works.

Noble - Fake Breakouts in Minutes Chart

After I unloaded Noble at 0.975/0.98, it went to a high of 0.98/0.985 before collapsing to 0.965/0.97 which was my buying price yesterday!! Although I did not unload at the high, I was very well satisfied because I followed my game plan for the day which was to sell at opening. What contributed to this sell down was fake breakouts identified in the 2 minute chart. Of course, that being said, the minute chart and the daily chart has a totally different picture. In this volatile market, I would rather play safe and posit my skill on the minute chart. :)

Dow - $556 SGD in 50 Minutes

It's definitely one of the better session last night at the Phillip Office with some of my students where everyone had a chance to speak to me! I remembered before I left, I shared the outlook of Dow to one of my student and he quickly went home to long 10 contracts of the Dow and made a profit of $556 in approximately 50 minutes. That's better than your day paying job! Nothing to say or comment. Took almost near the high and making profits consistently using my method. But of course, this student of mine has no inferior emotion which is what I looked for in a disciplined disciple. Thanks for all who came! Hope you took something valuable back yesterday!

Noble - $1500 SGD in 9 Seconds

This morning when market opened, in fact at 8.45am, I had a game plan and that was to unload my 300 lots of noble at 0.975 in case of another profits turned loss scenario. Yesterday after making $500 bucks off Noble, I knew there was still some up strength left in this counter and so I went back in again in the afternoon. However, I also understand it's a fast punt game where if the market gaps up, the game plan is to book profits no matter what the price is.

This is the fastest trade I ever recorded. Between 9.20am - 9.29am, I managed to quickly secure and book all 300 lots of noble at 9 seconds for $1500 SGD. Well, the market is just super tough, everything is out of sync and it's a whole new different ball game as compared to all previous conditions I ever witnessed.

Coming July 1st, I am having a stock operation preview and I shall share where the market is heading to and also how to be fast in order to profit from the market. Be there or regret because I am giving out something. Interested parties can register below:

STI - Market Outlook by Ronald K

This morning at 7:28am, a student of mine SMSed me about the outlook of STI. My answer as usual is simple and succinct. Panic selling followed by a rebound. I also mentioned in the blog that to trade this market, one must employ a hit and run strategy because there are simply no trends.

As of now, the market rebounded. Now why was it that yesterday I did not called for a rebound to my student but instead today? What did I saw yesterday that contributed to a -354 drop in Dow? Why a -354 drop is a panic selling which contributed a rebound to STI instead of yesterday's -80 points drop in STI? There are so many whys however to answer all these questions, it's not as simple as penning it down on my blog. The market is dynamic and one needs to know what happen before market opens to stay ahead with the game. One got to take note that the market is currently very volatile and it's very difficult to make predictions unless one understands human emotions. I will answer all questions in the form of a seminar.

I don't like to do a market outlook seminar however based on the current market conditions, I got no choice but to conduct one so as to let investors know where the market is heading towards. It's first come first serve basis.

Dow - Bernanke Jittery Speech

Yesterday 30 minutes before market closed, I blogged about the no effort to rally and the difference in selling as compared to last week's capitulation. Everyday is a new day and the market condition change. One cannot have mechanical thinking and to trade this very volatile market, one needs to employ the hit and run strategy. Today you can see two green and tomorrow one red can wipe out all the gains of those two greens.

http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/sti-selling-all-day.html

At 3:16pm yesterday, a student of mine SMSed me and ask me the outlook for S&P 500. I am very mixed as you can see from the SMS however based on my years of experience, at 4:15pm, I replied him that it's going to turn Red. Some days the breakdown can be fake and some days the breakdown would lead to more continuous breakdowns and my analysis yesterday was the breakdown was real.

As the market condition is getting rougher and tougher because of it's volatility, there is no way I can employ technical analysis or fundamental analysis to make projection of Dow day by day. I would need to study manipulation and human emotion in charts to deduce the maximum fear and excitement so as to make forward projection of market direction day by day.

This morning when I woke up, I saw that S&P 500 dropped -41 points and the dow was -354 points. While I really don't follow news, it was Bernanke again causing the market to go haywire. Yesterday STI was down -80 points which caused jittery to traders/investors. The message I want to drive across is the low can go lower. Don't think it's cheap when the cheap can become cheaper. When market opened later, it shall gap down and a new wave of panic selling will start to follow. For me, I am enjoying and waiting to watch game 7 of the NBA Finals later. :)

STI - Selling All Day

STI had been selling all day. Is this selling the same as last week? It's different. It's a total whole new ball game. What transpired was just was simply mind numbing as there was no effort to rally at all. So are we in the bull market? Where is the exact timing to long? How can one long at the panics and profit from this market? I will post here when the perfect timing arrives. Stay tune.

Ronald K - Market Psychologist - The Big Speculator

Kepcorp + HSI Warrants = $11800 SGD

A senior student of mine shorted the HSI and Kepcorp and made $11800 SGD in a single day. Do we need swing trades to replicate this performance? Or do you want to do it within 1-2 days? The rest is exemplary. I had been calling tops and bottoms many times in my career and the recent bottom was just classic. The same goes for the top I called yesterday when I advocate no longing of stocks.

http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/sti-rebounded.html
http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/sti-trended-lower.html

I am stultified by my own personal performance and I am planning something to engage all my students to trade with me. For this, it requires sometime and effort to plan out. If you do like to trade with me, kindly send me an email at stockmarketmindgames@gmail.com

As my students point out, to see my trade live is a privilege because you will see the difference between me and all other traders/educators who used traditional indicators where I use just a blank chart without a single line drawn. I can also trade without charts as what happened earlier when my student called me to spot the first turn in Kepcorp at 10.51. For that, you would need an extra different skill set. Today in the preview, I shall start scouting a few people to trade LIVE with me, and only a handful will be selected. Students will have priority of course. See you guys there later!! What a good day to start with!

Dow Jones - Death of QE Speculation

Yesterday I made a post on STI trending lower on my blog and forum for everyone to take note.
http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/sti-no-long.html

Many were skeptical and I believe they are waiting for a big "good" news to be announced. Me, Ronald K, made a post at 9.01am as I could foresee reactions about to happen. True enough it materialized for the first half of the day.
http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/sti-trended-lower.html

I later received multiple SMS asking me for outlooks. One of them was my student asking me the outlook for Dow. Personally, I don't like to give long winded explanations blah blah blah. My answers are normally short and succinct and so I said RED. With Dow having a strong green 2 consecutive days in a row, Bernake should be announcing good news to lift the market higher right?

That's absolutely wrong! Look at the SMS when I replied my student. It was 3.18pm in the afternoon and observe the Dow futures chart attached, the Dow was trending higher which caused everyone to cheer, be ecstatic, except me, I was super bearish. Moreover, I also got challenge from people residing in the forum which absolutely drive me on to prove that my prediction and conviction was right and so I said YES.

While many are hoping and cheering and expecting the bullishness about QE, making assumptions about the fundamentals, staying late night to watch Dow and post their views in the forum, I was already asleep, getting ready for today, waiting for my students to cheer on today for all I knew some shorted. Today they shall be rewarded. When everyone is doing the same thing, one shall do the opposite. This morning when I woke up, Dow got slammed down 206 points which would undoubtedly inflict a gap down in STI today, so for those who shorted yesterday, today first thing in the morning, they are already in profits!! It's a 1 day job where there is no need to do any swing trade whatsoever! Isn't a great feeling to wake up in the morning and see money in your pocket? :)

Preview Sharing - Fake Breakouts

For those who are coming for tomorrow's preview, I shall demonstrate how a fake breakout is done. It's one of the most powerful technique used by the BBs to lure the public in when they are planning to sell. If one can spot that, then he/she shall look to book profits first or short the market when everyone is rushing in to buy. I will talk more tomorrow. See you guys !

STI - Trended Lower!

This morning I made a post on STI having reactions. 1 min after market opened, I made my conclusion that today is not a good day to long stocks as I am expecting reactions to occur. While most people make their analysis a few minutes or hours after market opened, I think it's best to know what will happen to the market during early trading hours so as to have an trading edge against all odds.

http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/sti-no-long.html

STI had a bull trap and a fake breakout identified which caused a huge drop as of now!! Once again, FAKE BREAKOUTS!

NOL - Record 4.7% Today

It was strange because just when I finished posting the last post at 3.01pm, NOL continued to surge higher till 1.11. Congrats to those who longed! Could it be the BBs saw my post and planned a surge so that the public miss the boat because they are always fear of chasing higher price or could it be I saw something in the chart which concluded higher price to come? This coming Thurs, I shall share more stocks, more secrets and outlooks in this very volatile market! So be there or regret.

NOL - Breakout!

Yesterday I blogged about my bullishness in NOL.

http://stockmarketmindgames.blogspot.sg/2013/06/nol-stacking-sellers.html

I said:" I am bullish on this counter however the time is not ripe yet to warrant a long."

This morning when market opened, it gap up and there after it went dull. The gap up was a strong signal to indicate that there were buyers queuing last night / pre-market, willing to take a higher price than yesterday's closing which concluded it's bullishness. One could have gone long at any price this morning before the further breakout at 14:12pm which was 50 mins ago and still make money. Focus, Be Mindful and Concentrate!
