SembCorp Marine - Insiders Account Filled?

In my SOMM training program, one of the techniques I taught was how to detect and watch for insiders account being filled in individual stocks. Today, I received a SMS from one of my SOMM Member where he managed to spot insiders account being filled and get in into SembCorp Marine using freely available charts. As you can see, he made $2000 using simple chart reading skills not visual to the retailers with their naked eye but only for those who are serious and hungry for knowledge and skills that cannot be found in books and elsewhere.
